His wide-range of outdoor expertise includes mushing, hunting and fishing, outdoor photography and aquatic adventure.

Duane integrates his Twenty plus years of industrial experiences and interest along with Eighteen years of military service in organizational training, process work and outdoor skills.

Both CEO and President of Applied Management Support Services, Inc. (AMSS), Duane, developed AMSS as an Industrial Engineering Services Firm & Organizational Training Firm.

Areas of expertise include Industrial Engineering for manufacturing, Organizational Management and Training, Maintenance Management, Supplier Development and Continuous Improvement Methology.

Duane holds a Masters Degree in Management. His undergraduate degree is Industrial Engineering and Automotive / Heavy Equipment Technology.
