Reliability Centered Maintenance Engineers (RCM) – Candidates should possess the knowledge and experience regarding principle maintenance strategies (Reactive, Interval, CbM and Proactive). Knowledge with FMEA, RCFA, Asset Utilization, Reliability and RCM Principles is a must. Candidates need to be comfortable working with clients in developing, implementing and training personal at the client’s sites. Part time travel is required and can expect a long term partnership. Maintenance Mechanic/Millwrights – Candidates should have a Millwright/Maintenance Mechanic Degree with a minimum of two years experience in heavy industry or mining.
Automotive/Diesel Mechanic – Candidates should have an Automotive/Diesel Degree with a minimum of two years of experience in the heavy equipment maintenance field.
Field Electrician – Candidates should have a Electrical Maintenance Mechanic Degree with two years of experience in heavy industry or mining.
Mine/Plant Maintenance Planner/Supervisor – Mine/Plant Maintenance Planner/Supervisory candidates should have a minimum of three years experience, preferably in heavy industry or mining.
Mine/Plant Electrical Maintenance Planner/Supervisor – Electrical Maintenance Planner/Supervisory candidates should have B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Maintenance and should have 3-5 years of supervisory experience. Must be knowledgeable in electrical and electronic aspects of shovel & drill or plant maintenance. Previous experience in a heavy industry or mining environment is preferred.
Mining Engineer - Mining Engineering Candidates should have B.S. in Mining Engineering and should have 0-3 year’s supervisory managerial experience in mining or mineral processing operations. Previous experience in a heavy industrial or mining environment is preferred.
HR Generalist – Human Resource candidates should have a B.S. in HR, MA HRIR preferred with 3-10 years experience in mining or other heavy industry.
Safety Representative – Safety candidates should have advanced training in safety and loss control, including in-depth knowledge of International Safety Rating System.
These positions require flexible, self-motivated individuals with broad education and work experience. Good interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to work as a team player are essential.
