I am William Boyer, a Senior Industrial Engineer at Facilities Management Worldwide Facilities Group, General Motors. Over the years I have worked closely with Applied Management Support Services, Inc.

In the recent past, I have worked Applied Management Support Services, Inc. on four different assignments involving various powertrain sites within GM. The assignments all involved performing Indirect Labor Manpower studies. 

The work that AMSS completed was in the areas of chemical management, oil labors, material chip removal and the development of routes, janitorial, press cleaners, and other indirect labor trades involved for data collection.
